Pace Design completes Phase 2

Upon the success of the Empire Theatre, Pace Design is proud to have completed phase 2 of the downtown Belleville revitalization with the ROYAL LEPAGE COMPLEX & the EMPIRE SQUARE. Creating a successful commercial developement in downtown Belleville that has an established feel to it was one of Pace's objectives. The Royal LePage office for 150 staff and public cafe, reflects those goals and creates a fun park-like environment with EMPIRE SQUARE LIVE adjascent to the building.

Mexicali Rosa's

Pace Design has been retained to design the New Concept for Mexicali Rosa's, a 35 store national chain specializing in "real" mexican food" . The concept is based on the non-stereotypical themes of Mexico. It will be a celebration of the colours, modern architecture and art of our cousin country to the South.

A new Theatre and Centre for the performing Arts has been designed by Pace Interior Design. It will be featured shortly on our web site. Please check back for the complete design process from taking an old 1938 theatre and turn it into a state of the art performance & cinematic theatre.
